Mighty Morphin Power Rangers CONTINUES to be damn good. I can't believe it. This is one of my favorite surprises ever.
Kyle Higgins has taken the campy and silly feel out of his Go Go Power rangers but instead of going dark or gritty he sticks with a fun and adventurous Power Ranger storyline with big stakes. We now get thrown into a future that has gone to hell. Who is the main enemy? Well that be a huge spoiler. Then have the final fight between the dark ranger, and it's pretty great. Some excellent side moments for characters to grow here too. Oh yeah, and a crappy one shot silly story at the end. However the main storyline Kyle delivers the goods, moves the story forward, and gives us realistic rangers with the funness of the series but without the campy part. A 4 out of 5.
