I have not enjoyed a fantasy enemies to lovers book in a long time! I legit didn’t know what to do with my life after finishing it and can’t wait for the second book to drop.

The story is so layered and the characters well fleshed out. The world that Kristen weaved is believable. ThankGod the characters have easily pronounceable names because I hate it when they aren’t.

I really enjoyed how it has a lot of unexpected moments and keeps a good pace throughout.

It’s a perfect YA book to pick up this summer!
