LOVE the content of this book & took copious notes so I can implement these tips. The audiobook was an incredible experience because it wasn't the typical "narrator voice." Mel Robbins reads the book herself, but it feels like a podcast or coffee with a mentor instead. I have a hard time with traditional-sounding audiobooks, so I will absolutely be picking up more of hers in this format. 

The only reason this isn't a five-star read is that I feel like a lot of this information could have been condensed. Definitely still worthy of a full book, just a slightly shorter one.
