A very interesting topic, and I enjoyed the banter between what was happening scientifically with the atomic bomb and what was happening on the Oak Ridge campus. I felt, however, that the daily lives of these women was handled so lightly that I found it hard to care about them and their role. I wanted more detail and depth from the author. My favorite part was once everything was known and everyone was free to speak (to a point) about what was happening around them
