2 high schoolers (Ellie and Jack) are both from magical families and opposing magical shop owners who used to be best friends.

When a prank goes wrong and Ellie and Jack expose Lia (Ellie's non-magical friend) to magic, they get in trouble and have to take a road trip to a magical convention together. The wrist is that Jack found out about Ellie's list to stop being a wallflower and live life.

Their magical road trip is one I want to take! Magical hidden villages and hidden cottages just sound so fun! I liked seeing these two become friends again. It was a sweet little romance story.
