Midnight Sun
by Stephenie Meyer
Perfect accompaniment for Twilight Fans
Okay - this book is verbose. It is long and repetitive. It tells the story of Twilight with absolutely no changes, so don't expect a plot to grab you.
Having said that, this book provides the insight into the minds of Edward's family that we have always needed, and especially helps the reader relate to Alice and understand her mind, as well as how Jasper's gift works.
I would rate this higher if we were offered a bit more of an alternative story pathway- but is a must-read for Twilight fans.
Word of warning- remember Edward is an incredibly sensitive mentally tuned vampire. He thinks A LOT. Therefore the plot moves much more slowly!
