I was disappointed by this follow up to the first Vega/Caplan thriller. I really enjoyed Caplan and Vega and their partnership, but the story was too complicated and drawn out. I lost interest halfway through, but continued on because I love the main characters. I wish the plot could have been a little more simple and focused; the heart of this story is Caplan and Vega, but I felt they were lost among subplots.
