Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this arc! I loved the premise of this book which is why I gave it 3.75 stars. The book did start off a bit slow, but around the 25% mark is when it started to pick up more and when I began to get really into the book. I loved the character development in this book, and I loved how we got moments/thoughts that showed the MC's past together which was really good. I loved the plot of this book and how it forced the MC's to work together despite their past. I do want to re-read this book at a later point to annotate it so I will be placing an order for it soon!
