So goooooooooooood. I didn't think Riordan could top the third book for emotional gravitas and masterful storytelling, but he did. I love the themes of taking control of your own destiny. I love the way he uses humor to defuse tension, balancing laugh-out-loud humor (fortiusnitius anyone?) with the harder, grief-filled moments. I loved this book. Cannot wait until book five comes out.
