Straight Battle
by Willow Dixon
“I don’t care what anyone says. You’re mine. What we have is real, so fucking real.”
This book was fantastic!
I love military books but add in that extra factor and phew was it a good one.
Gage & Tyler were not what I expected.
Gage is a veteran who still struggles with what he has been through and seen. He never expects to find a best friend in the man that comes to help him fix his house up.
Tyler is down on his luck, living with his parents and trying to find his place after his divorce. When a chance comes to him to help restore a home for someone it seems like his luck turns around.
Both of them never expected what happens.
This is a story of discovery and acceptance. You never know what your missing until its right there in front of you. Although there is emotions from both that come right off the page it only added to their story.
Finding your person sometimes doesn't always go in the direction that you think it will, Gage & Tyler are the perfect example.
