I absolutely loved this book!! The ending of priest made me want to know how Tyler and Poppy were going to adjust to life after he leaves the priesthood.
This book does that so perfectly. Showing how difficult it can be when both partners are in a season in which they need different things from each other and how they deal with guilt in their own different ways.
in Midnight Mass, Simone delicately tackles the topic of miscarriage and the effect that it can have on both parents as well as their relationship as a whole. She also shows how even in the darkest times, such as after the death of Millie, healing can be found.
