This is not the type of book that I usually pick up. However, someone told me that this book was like an episode of Black Mirror and because I am obsessed with that TV show, I placed this book on hold immediately. The whole entire time I was reading this book, I thought that was going to be a taboo romance with ridiculous twists and turns. And, I mean, parts of that are true, but it took WAY to long to get there in my opinion. The only character that I was really following was Mira and she only had 10 or so chapters out of the 65. Was it an entertaining book? I mean, I guess. I finished it. However, I'm still trying to wrap my head around what compelled me to finish the entire thing.
