I wasn’t originally planning on reading this book because going off of the tropes and the blurb, it’s not really my cup of tea. It is N. R. Walker though, and I had access to the audiobook so figured I’d give it a go. It is definitely still not a book made for me, but not bad or anything. It was well written and entertaining. Nick J. Russo narrating certainly helps.
Although fake dating and college romances isn’t for me, I am a big fan of tactile/cuddly characters, and we’ve got a black cat MC and a golden retriever MC, which definitely creates fun and endearing moments and dynamics. (Oh, and the bigger guy bottoms, which is
