Really good look at cancel culture from the perspective of women of color. I like how they addressed how people are treated differently depending on how dark their skin is, like how white passing black people are treated differently than non white passing black people. They also addressed the complicated situation of someone getting popular for doing a cover of someone else’s song and the dimensions of that. The characters aren’t likable right away but you eventually care about them and what happens next.
