This book was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. There were so many more revelations than I expected! It was a shame back in HoF to have Aelin and Chaol's relationship turn ugly. One of my favorite parts of this book was when Chaol began to forgive and accept Aelin for who she is. I really enjoyed visiting the southern continent, and my favorite kingdom in the series definitely has to be that one. I really admire Maas for using a parallel story format, which she definitely pulled off! An excellent, exciting read!
