Immortal Sun

ARC kindly received for an honest review.
I'm honestly not too sure how to review this. I've had a lot going on personally whilst reading this, and as such it took me quite a while, which may be a contributing factor. There's a lot going on in this book and sometimes I felt it wasn't explained properly - we're in the world of the Dark Ones although not directly, they're mentioned as characters in the background really.
The storyline of this wasn't bad but I did unfortunately find it a little chaotic. I liked the different gods although sometimes I confused them between one another but there were some funny personalities. Cyrus was an interesting lead, I can't quite work out how I feel about him. Cleo was interesting too, but more relatable - although she is the human character of the two.
I didn't mind this book, but I didn't love it either, I have other fave RVD books. The ending was a cliff hanger though which I wasn't expecting and definitely left me intrigued and wondering what will happen next in this series.
