This book is honestly life changing and should be required reading for everyone. I thought my time in the military and what I've been through was rough and a lot and I felt like I've lived ten lives, but it's nothing compared to David Goggins. He's insane and I mean that in the best way. I aspire to be just like him and I intend to do that.
