this book took place in modern times and the past. the past timeline was a lot better, and i mainly looked forward to those sections.

» CHARACTERS «
i really didn't like any of the characters. Nella was okay, but everyone else annoyed me.

the writing was fine, nothing too special.

I took this off of my TBR, but had to read it for Buzzwordathon. Good to know that I was right about my initial removal of the book.
