This was such a unique book idea! I’ve never read something like it. That said, it wasn’t for me. I think it was cute, but it didn’t have the emotional depth that I usually look for in a book. I honestly don’t know if it’s a 3.0 or 3.25. It reminds me (emotional availability wise) of Jasper Vale by Devney Perry. I rated that one a 3.25, but felt like that couple at least fought for each other longer. I’m honestly at a toss up between the two rankings, but since I don’t feel strongly about King of Greed, I’ll keep it at a 3.0 for now.
