I wanted to love this but unfortunately it played heavily into bisexual stereotypes and the MC being friendly with the rapist was just too much. Like I understand I wasn't necessarily meant to like this main character and that queer people aren't perfect, but this just didn't work for me, which is unfortunate. If this had been more about the MC's difficult relationship with her mother, I would have liked this more.
