Let them call her dad, let them shake their heads, let them give her detention tomorrow. At least tomorrow the weather would change and she would not be stuck in school on a nice day, answering questions.

After suffering a tragic loss, Ollie has changed. No friends, no clubs, just books. 

Then a field trip goes horribly wrong and she starts to think depending on people isn’t so bad. As long as they stick to small spaces. 

FINAL THOUGHTS 💭 
This was a creepy middle grade read, I really think it has a good way of talking about grief for kids to understand. My one gripe is the author talks about one character being black. That’s fine but pointing it out literally has nothing to do with the story.
