Naya had been in a bad relationship that dealt with abuse. Three years later her friends create a list for Naya to complete. One night she goes to a bar and her friends bail due to stuff coming up and she meets a guy named Jake. She tries having a one night stand with Jake, but ends up puking. He ends up asking her out the next day. So, begins their relationship. He turns out to be a consultant for her work and she worries it will ruin her reputation or get her fired. What will she do?
I found parts of this book to be cute and it was definitely fast paced. I felt kind of distanced between the characters and was wanting more. I felt like the dates were cut short and that it was more focused on their sexual relationship. It’s still good and I recommend it.
