The Sin of Kissing You by Maya Hughes
4.0

The ending to the first book, The Art of Falling For You, was such an emotional ringer that I was waiting on pins and needles for this second book. Even knowing it was a trilogy, and this one wasn’t going to probably give me the HEA I so wanted for these characters, I still fell right back in love with Dare, I mean Keyton, and Bay. But it was also easy to see why Bay had to kind of still keep him at arm’s length even after it seemed he was back and wouldn’t hurt her like that again. It was obvious he still had a lot to work on to improve and help himself heal and move on from all the things he’d had to deal with as a teenager. I did not expect the things that happened with his father to happen. I had just assumed, kind of like Keyton probably did, that he might be free of his dad. Obviously, assuming wrong.

A great second installment, and now, after the ending of this one, as mad as I am at what happened, I get it. But now I need book three!
