candaleese 's review for:
Truly Madly Guilty
by Liane Moriarty
Meh....
I really expected more of this book than it delivered. The switching back and forth from present to past probably would've worked better if it hadn't been such a long book (400+ pages). It had a good enough plot to be entertaining for the most part. But, the characters were hard to care about, in my opinion. So many parts of their story or personalities were masked with the intention to drag you in to the "need to know." But, it just made it tedious, not a deep desire to know what happened.
It took me a long time to finish this book because it was easy to set aside and forget.
