I’ve heard from numerous book loving friends how good this book is, but I couldn’t imagine quite how good it is. I would give this 6/5 stars if I could! At nearly 400 pages, it would seem like a long read... but nope, I read this straight through and was enchanted by Evelyn the entire time. Every single page had me immersed in her life in the very best way. The end had me ugly crying and then left with an odd mix of loss and contentment. This is a MUST read and will certainly be in my top favs for years to come.
