While I think this book was marginally better than Emphatic, in terms of "rockstar-ness", I still think there was a heap missing.
I wanted more. More music, more drama, although what there was was good, just more.
I also wished, again, that some of the terms used were more sophisticated, more mature. It's a theme in Kaylee's writing that does really bug me.
That being said, I do really love the way she writes relationships. There's no muss, no fuss, no unnecessary drama. I just wanted a little oomph, something to really take this book to the next level.
