this is a nice little ghost story of a different kind. 
not hunting in the scary way but more in the thoughtful way. 
it shows a bit of a different perspective of what ghosts or „life“ after death could be and at the same time it’s not at all the focus of the story. 
it’s more about what we leave behind, what people can actually see, find and understand about our times years after our culture no longer exists as we know it and we became nothing but a mark on a historical time table that historians and archeologist try to figure out. 

i found it very interesting and nicely written. 

it is very open ended and doesn’t really give anything in form of an answer to any of the questions this story raises, which is why i can’t really rate it higher. 

to me it read like the author tried to work through some questions he had himself and couldn’t find answered to. 

it’s a well written story and if you are interested, defiantly give it a try.
