The meet cute!! I ABSOLUTELY adored how Ramsey and Deacon first meet. Plus it was sparks at first site between these two.

Ramsey’s life has been controlled by her father from the moment she was born. When she finally had enough and escaped to the one family member she knew she could, her Aunt Carol. She has found herself, she works hard for everything she has in life. She is truly a workaholic. Deacon is successful and he has worked hard for that success. However, he doesn’t get out much.

Ramsey and Deacon have an instant connection. I loved the two of them so much. I love how Deacon made Ramsey feel. That he cherished her. That he never pushed her. That he made sure she knew that she was the one in control. I loved how much they brought out in each other. They both learned life isn’t just about working and really started to live their lives.

This is a great introduction to the Kincaid brothers and their series….I can’t wait to return to this world!
