This one was good overall. I do love a good captor/captive romance and Miko was an excellent captor with a tragic and dark past. But Miko/Nessa just didn't hit the same way Callum/Aida did in the first book.

My main gripe is still with the young/innocent virgin trope- I'm just not a fan. So Nessa just wasn't it for me.

I am looking forward to the others stories though- bring on Nero's womanizing chaos
