First time reading a book by this author. I really liked the main idea although  I think it  lacked in the execution. We have two protagonists who are on opposite sides, he owns a bar that sells alcohol and she is part of a movement that wants to eradicate the sale of alcoholic drinks. I found the approach interesting. Historical data makes story richer and I learned a few historical facts  that I didn't even know, BUT I needed MORE. The heroine seemed very immature and one-dimensional at times, the immature thing made sense because she was only 20 years old but it was hard for me to believe  the romance between the two. It seemed all quite flat to be honest, it is a promising story but I think it lacked complexity.

Primer libro que leo de la autora y una nueva saga. Me gustó mucho la idea principal aunque me falló en la ejecución, por un lado es entretenido tenemos a dos protagonistas que están en bandos opuestos, él es dueño de un bar que vende alcohol y ella es parte de un movimiento que quiere erradicar la venta de bebidas alcohólicas. El planteamiento me pareció interesante y tenía muchas ganas de leer el tira y afloje entre los dos. Los datos históricos hacen más rica la historia y aprendí un par de cosas que ni sabía, PERO me faltó MÁS.

La protagonista me pareció muy inmadura y unidimensional por momentos, lo de inmadura tiene lógica porque sólo tiene 20 años pero me costó creerme el romance entre los dos. Me pareció todo bastante plano, es un historia que promete pero a mí personalmente me faltó complejidad.
