Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is just so damn fun.

So this volume really focuses on Ralph, Splinter, and a new villain. The side stories are basically Shredder trying to find someone to be his second in command after telling his daughter she ain't shit. Then the main focus is Ralph learning to tackle his anger. Next up is a new villain, which I remember the most from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 the movie. Remember the goofy evil turtle? Yeah, he's back, and he's kind of scary as shit here.

What I love about this series are the brother's interactions. It goofy as hell sometimes but you can feel the family vibe shine through. The turtles really fight together, kicking butt, and it looks great. I enjoy the character development of all of them but also April and Casey. The growth is nice and Shredder's growth is interesting. The Krang or whatever that bastards name is, is just okay. Probably the only weak part.

This is a easy 4 out of 5 because it has everything I really enjoy with turtles. Give me more!
