The Red Ten, vol. 1
by Tyler James
This was generic as all hell.
But taking the justice league copies and putting them in a murder mystery while killing off each one is interesting enough. The plot itself isn't bad but it's the characters that lack any sort of humanity really that make me give two shits when they start getting picked off. The plot itself is good actually and keeps me interested to find out who is behind it but I wish I cared about the characters here. When they all blame a Joker like figure for the killings but find out it is not him they begin to question everything and each other, and then they start dying.
Like I said, plot itself isn't bad. Even the backstory of the main hero is interesting enough. But between the characters interactions being meh at best to the HORRIBLE art at times, I can't really recommend this one. Maybe if get it free or very deeply discounted. A 2 out of 5.
