This isn't something that I would normally reach for but as the monthly pick for a classics book club I'm in, I thought I'd give it a shot. As the first classic that I have willing read in years, I didn't hate it. Confusing at times just because the way of talking (and the fact that it's a translation) is so different, I still found it enjoyable. I'd pick something up from the author again in the future.
