Great first book in a fantasy romance series.
Loved Lor's attitude of enjoying the ride she was on, rather than worrying about what would have been proper.
Yes, some elements were very typical of fantasy romance first books, but that's not always a bad thing.
Also thought the use of Nadir's POV chapters, and the completely different voice of those, was done really well.
Super excited to continue.
