I'm honestly not sure why I waited so long to read this book. Perhaps it was lost in the shuffle of 2020, but let me tell you... this was an AMAZING read. I devoured this book in 2 days (and this was while I was on a camping trip and super busy). I stayed up until 3am reading and didn't want to stop.

Pepper and Jack are the offspring of a big chain fast food restaurant and a smaller NYC local sandwich shop respectively. But they're both in charge of the business Twitter accounts. Their snark and witty banter was spot on, and it made this enemies/rivals-to-"lovers" trope play out in all the best ways.

This is a fantastic and clean romcom that would be perfect for a teen or adult alike. I will definitely be adding a copy to my bookshelf to reread and share with my daughter!
