The Rom-Com Agenda by Jayne Denker

funny lighthearted fast-paced

While not perfect, this job has GREAT movie references and great found family aspects!

Leah witnesses a break up accidentally and then months later gets roped into helping "makeover" Eli to win Victoria back (the couple she witnesses break up). I really hated that part honestly, no one should change into someone they aren't just to make someone else happy.

Eli was way too over the moon by a woman her hardly knew (when pressed about why he loved her.. It's all about looks and how she made him laugh but it never went deeper). I loved watching Eli and Leah connect though once he realized that she liked him for him and not who he thought he should be.

I really like the talk of foster families in this as Leah was a foster kid.
