What a let down after such a great sequel. The things I loved about the first two books were Rowan and Citra and the story of the Scythedom. But this? This went in a wildly different direction that came out of nowhere. They were barely in any of the book! While I liked the addition of Grayson in book 2, I didn’t enjoy the new additions in book 3 quite as much. I didn’t care about all these new characters. I cared about the ones I spent two books getting to know and what happened to them! The ending felt like a cop out and left me feeling like it was the end of a different series altogether! Very disappointed. Can we get a re-do please?
