Very clear explanation of the absolute basics of typesetting. There is a lot missing here, so when I say basic I mean this book is for people who have never typeset a thing. It gently skimmed over a lot of information very quickly without feeling like it was leaving out tons. A very good quiet introduction. Skip this one is you've got a handle on what the various type settings do in InDesign, there are better beginner books out there for people who have opened a typesetting program and fiddled around already.
