This book started off with a lot of promise, but ultimately suffered from the characters having zero personality outside of their co-writing relationship. The prose was beautiful, but suffered from a lot of repetition in gratuitous love declarations, talking about how amazing each of them are as writers, etc. 

If you like books with effusive language and flowery romance, this might be up your alley.
