It was so cute, fluffy, and fun. It was full of whimsy and magic. Interesting characters and an adventurous plot that was nicely done. I just don't think was for me. I adore middle grade but this felt like it fell more towards the younger side of that and it just wasn't what I thought it would be. It's not bad at all but it's not a middle grade I would reread.
