The only thing I didn't like was the main character. I really really liked Myfanwy Thomas, so this was unwelcome, but that's purely personal prefrence. The title was mentioned one time and I didn't really understand why it was named that, some sort of spin on the Belgians might've been better (the grafters as a title? I don't really know).
