I absolutely love this series and so sad that it is almost over. This Cinderella retelling was absolutely amazing. 

Cinder has lived in her family home under her evil step mother after her father passed away. The step mother and sisters were down right mean and nasty to her until one day she can't take anymore and leaves her family home for good. Nero was set to marry Cinder's step sister but after some things come to light the engagment is called off and he lands on his new obsession, Cinder.

While he had his stalker tendencies, and openly admitted to it, he wanted to protect and care for Cinder more than anything. I loved that Cinder accepted everything about Nero and didn't want to change a thing about him. They had such intense chemistry and the mouth on Nero 😮‍💨 also those Ritual Room scenes 🥵

While Nero's has some dark tendencies he is more on the tame and mature side compared to his brothers, so it wasn't really as "dark" as the previous books in the series but still a great read. Can't wait to get more on the elusive unraveling Sid next!
