Wow this was pretty awful. The Steel story started decent but fell through at the end. The Outsiders story was atrocious to say the least. The Justice League 3000 was so confusing and out of left field I didn't even question what the hell was happening.

The only saving grace was Superboy issue was good. I liked seeing Superboy and Robin talk out their issues and try to figure out their life. I also really enjoyed his last stand.

But I can't give this higher than a 1...I tried and I just can't. Because the rest is pretty awful and Superboy can't save this one.
