This was a shorter novella sized continuation of Laura's memoir series, this time sharing her first Christmas in France with Franck's family. We got to see Christmas with her family in BC, which is more similar to mine (being from SK, another Canadian province), so reading about the differences in a Burgundian Christmas was delightful! Also, I somehow read books 3 and 4 out of order, so a few things from the start of book 4 make more sense now.
