I love this series! But deffo trigger warning for the main characters processing childhood trauma. MMC was abandoned (sold) and came up through EXTREME poverty. FMC was raised in privilege but assaulted repetitively by a close family friend as a child. These themes aren’t too heavy throughout the book, but hers becomes a main plot point in the last act.
