I thought overall that this was one of the simpler Star Wars: Rebels Episode Adaptions/Retellings. I thought that the first story, “Ezra’s Story”, was overall repetitive of the Star Wars: Rebels Chapter Books overall and that that scene and Episode have been adapted many different times way too often to allow for enjoyment. The story “Droids in Distress” was an average read for me and inspired little emotion for me, but was overall a decent and interesting read, as was the story “Rise of the Old Masters” however with “Rise of the Old Masters” I felt some slight emotion within Ezra’s wish to have Kanan specifically as his teacher, and no other Jedi. I thought the introduction of the Inquisitor was well done, however it could’ve been better,  could’ve had a little more spice to it. Overall a decent, plain and simplistic, easy read, one that would be super easy for Child Readers, and potentially (I haven’t read the rest yet so I cannot confirm) the most simple and boring Rebels Chapter Book in the Series.
