I really liked this story! This has to be one of the best romance novels I've read from Brenda Jackson. Though typical in the relationship between the main characters, Kimani and Duan, the backdrop about Kimani's mother and Edward Villarosas was entertaining and helped me learn about the main characters. This novel makes me want to read more books from Jackson that aren't about the Westmorelands.
