This is the second time I have checked this book out from the library. The first time I didn't finish because I don't like the beginning. However, I gave it another try and absolutely loved it. The main character, Colin Singleton, is hilarious and I find him to be very relatable. His friend, Hassan, is the total opposite of Colin and it makes for good humor. Colin Singleton is child prodigy who enjoys angramming and has dated 19 Katherines. After K-19 breaks up with him, he is devastated and Hassan decides to go on a trip. They end up in the town of Gutshot, Tennessee, which is in the boonies. There they meet Lindsey Lee Wells and ultimately stay with her and her mother throughout the novel. The friendships develop. Colin has a "Eureka!" moment as he tries to create a mathematical formula for relationships which Lindsey and Hassan help him with. The ending is ultimately, pretty predictable, but it still is a good read.
