Seven Brief Lessons on Physics
by Carlo Rovelli
inspiring
reflective
relaxing
fast-paced
"There is not an 'I' *and* 'the neurons in my brain.' They are the same thing. An individual is a process: complex, tightly integrated... The scientific picture of the world that I have related in these pages is not, then, at odds with our sense of ourselves."
i loved the intertwining of physics and philosophy, and the author's musings on these two topics. i would not say that it was accessible as the blurb made it out to be, as there was still lots of scientific jargon that could have been replaced, but i still really enjoyed it.
