More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera
5.0

This book got me interested with it's blend of a teen discovering his sexuality with the speculative fiction aspect of memory alteration. At first I was skeptical of the narrator's style of explaining things, but I soon became too immersed in the story to notice it. It was an intense book, and you probably shouldn't read it when you're feeling fragile because it's dark and I cried a lot, but it was powerful and will stick with you.
